Bryce Young, the quarterback for Alabama, exits with a shoulder injury.

A throwing shoulder injury forced Alabama quarterback Bryce Young to leave Saturday's No. 2 Crimson Tide game against No. 20 Arkansas midway through the second quarter.

After trying a pass that was incomplete and Alabama's fifth possession came to an end at its own 42, the Heisman Trophy winner left the field while favouring his right arm and clutching it close to his body. The incident seems to have occurred during the previous drive following his sack by Arkansas linebacker Drew Sanders.

Young, who had already run for a touchdown and completed a touchdown pass, tossed down his helmet before going to the Alabama sideline medical tent.
